If you do not see your insurance plan here, please reference our Tax ID number 20-437-0021 when verifying if Dr. Frieden is in network with your plan.

• Please note - the only "Exchange" / Marketplace plan accepted is Blue Cross, including Blue Advantage 

If you do not have any insurance, call our office and we can discuss payment plans.

Alternatively, if you have no insurance, you may qualify for a Texas program called Healthy Texas Women, that provides limited insurance for Pap testing and Birth Control. Read more about this program on their website.
