The new Building D Garage is open (corner of Park Central and Merit). Exit the garage on the 2nd floor, and take the skybridge across to the Building D Lobby. Valet, Handicap parking, and Drop Off are available at the main surface lot of Building D.
Take the D-lobby elevators to the 5th floor. (Careful, walking to Building D from other parts of Medical City is very confusing).
*Valet parking is available.
Monday thru Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday from 8am to noon
*Patient appointments start at 9:00am.

Insurance co-payments, and charges expected to fall to deductible or co-insurance, are taken at time of service. They will be collected at check in. Other than for pregnancy care, we are not able to offer payment plans at this time.
Prior to your first visit, our office will call you to discuss your insurance benefits, if there is deductible or co-insurance to be met. We do not give advance notice of office co-payments, which are usually noted on your insurance card. If you unsure about co-payment responsibilities, you may contact our office ahead of your appointment time.
Dr. Frieden strives for his practice and care to meet your needs. If you have suggestions for him, please submit them in the box below. They will be sent to him confidentially.
