Dr. Frieden has always limited the number of patients seen each day, allowing him to spend as much time with them as they desire. Dr. Frieden's staff includes his medical assitant Abby and Berenice, his billing specialist/surgery scheduler. Phones are answered during the day by one of them, without complicated voicemail instructions. He is the only provider who sees patients in this clinic- there are no nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
Dr. Frieden's practice started at Medical City in 2006. He practices exclusively at Medical City Dallas Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center. This flagship hospital includes the new Medical City Women's Hospital, the Children's Hospital, and a Level 4 NICU.
